Who we are
I.K Real Estate (“we”) is a real estate company in Greece. You can contact us at i.k@i-krealestate.com.
What we collect
When you create an account or send an enquiry we store the details you give us: name, email, phone, country, what you are interested in, your budget range, your messages, and the properties you ask about. We also store the date of your consent.
Why
Only to answer your enquiries and to contact you about properties, investments (such as the Golden Visa programme) and related services. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who can see it
Only our authorised team. Your details are kept in a private database that visitors and other customers cannot access. We use Supabase (database and login) and Vercel (website hosting) as service providers.
How long
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purposes above.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing us. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
